I had a clogged drain issue that of course happened at night. I called Roto Rooter first thing in the morning and they were so kind and efficient over the phone while scheduling my appointment. They gave me a two hour window within just a couple of hours and wound up being able to come early. Thomas was my technician, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently while explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He was able to detect my clog and get it cleared within an hour. He checked to make sure everything drained properly throughout my house. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend.

Rob was excellent at his job. Very clean, tidy and communicative. Keeping us updated along the way. Roto-rooter as a company we’re excellent too! Having had an emergency breakdown of the water heater they were able to not only fit me in on the same day, but actually turn up over 1 hour earlier than expected. Great communication also.
